Pick me up, I landed...

I have completed my thirty somethingth hour of travel and arrived at Cork City Centre, Ireland. Being the responsible traveler I am I will be holding out until just the right moment for sleep so I will immediately enter this time zone with no lag whatsoever. The other option is hit the town with pseudo roommate Tom from Oxford. Log on and vote on an option and based on reader response I will choose my path. Like those books, you know: "Choose your own research project adventure!"

I'm a Travelin'

I will be leaving on my little trip around the world in one week. With the help of one Miss Rosolina I set up this site to keep people informed of anything interesting I manage to find and remember long enough to post. I figured this way I wouldn't have to bother anyone with mass e-mails containing stories that the most loneliest little monkey in Iowa wouldn't find interesting. I can't promise the posts will be entertaining. I know the blog thingys are supposed to be full of witticisms and cleverness, but I have this problem most of you know about. If I feel pressured to produce clever little schnippits I most certainly will not. However, feel free to respond to posts in your own clever manner and who knows, maybe the world will be a better place.
