The South Will Rise Again

I found this interesting scene on my street. What we have here is a Cork County flag on the left. There is a teddy bear in a santa cap and a hurling t-shirt. And, of course, the bear is proudly waving the confederate flag. It seems the Cork people are known as the "rebels" because of their role in kicking out the brits. So they have siezed on to a bit of the american south and mixed in some Cork and Christmas. Symbols mother nature never intended...
